Pet Care Services Agreement
This Pet Care Services Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Do Minding Service, located at Marsh Road ("Service Provider"), and the pet owner or authorized agent ("Client"). By booking services, submitting an inquiry, or using the Service Provider’s website, the Client agrees to the terms and conditions below.

A meet and greet will take place before services take place. First meet and greet is free. If another meet and greet needs to happen which it rarely does, then there will be a fee.

1. Services Offered
The Service Provider offers the following services (collectively, "Services"):
•    Dog Boarding
•    Dog Daycare
•    Pet Sitting (in-home or at provider location, as applicable)
•    Dog Walking
•    Drop-In Visits
Specific services, dates, times, fees, and instructions will be agreed upon at the time of booking.
A deposit of 50% must be paid to hold the place. Rest of payment must be paid up 24 hours before any visit. A payment plan can be agreed.

2. Eligibility & Pet Requirements
To ensure the safety of all pets and people, the Client agrees that:
•    Pets are in good health and free from contagious illnesses.
•    Dogs are current on required vaccinations, including but not limited to Rabies, Distemper/Parvo (DHPP), and Bordetella. Proof of vaccination may be required.
•    Pets are on a regular flea and tick prevention program.
•    Dogs participating in daycare or boarding are non-aggressive and safe to be around other animals and people.
The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse or discontinue Services for any pet deemed unsafe, unhealthy, or unsuitable.

3. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
•    Provide accurate, complete, and honest information about their pet’s behaviour, health, routines, and needs.
•    Disclose any history of aggression, anxiety, escape behaviours, medical conditions, or special requirements.
•    Provide necessary food, medication, equipment (leash, harness, crate if required), and written care instructions.
•    Ensure pets are properly identified with tags and/or microchips.

4. Health & Medical Care Authorization
In the event of illness or injury, the Client authorizes the Service Provider to seek veterinary care at the Client’s expense if the Client or emergency contact cannot be reached.
The Client agrees to be financially responsible for:
•    Veterinary care
•    Medications
•    Transportation costs
The Service Provider will make reasonable efforts to contact the Client prior to obtaining care but is not required to delay treatment if immediate care is necessary.

5. Medication Administration
The Service Provider will administer medications as instructed by the Client. The Service Provider is not liable for complications arising from medication administration or failure due to unclear or inaccurate instructions.

6. Emergency Contact
The Client must provide at least one emergency contact authorized to make decisions regarding the pet’s care if the Client is unreachable.

7. Fees, Payments & Cancellations
•    Fees are outlined on the Service Provider’s website or booking confirmation.
•    Payment is due [before service / at booking / as specified].
•    Late payments may incur of cancellation of booking
•    Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
•    No-shows and late pickups may result in additional charges.

8. Drop-Off & Pick-Up
•    Clients must adhere to scheduled drop-off and pick-up times.
•    Late pick-ups may result in additional fees or daycare charges.
•    Pets not picked up within 2 days without communication may be considered abandoned, and appropriate actions will be taken in accordance with local laws.

9. Behaviour & Socialization
The Client understands that pets may interact with other animals during Services. While reasonable care is taken, the Service Provider is not responsible for injuries resulting from normal pet behaviour, including but not limited to scratches, bites, or play-related injuries.
Aggressive behaviour may result in immediate termination of Services without refund.

10. Property Damage
The Client is responsible for any damage caused by their pet to property, equipment, the Service Provider’s premises, or third-party property.

11. Liability & Assumption of Risk
The Client acknowledges that pet care involves inherent risks, including illness, injury, escape, or death. The Client voluntarily assumes all such risks.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Client agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Service Provider from any and all claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from the Services, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

12. Escape & Lost Pet
In the event a pet escapes or becomes lost, the Service Provider will take reasonable steps to recover the pet. The Service Provider is not liable for events beyond reasonable control.

13. Photos & Marketing
The Client grants permission for the Service Provider to photograph or video their pet for marketing, website, and social media purposes unless otherwise stated in writing.

14. Termination of Services
The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate Services at any time if the pet poses a risk, the Client violates this Agreement, or payment obligations are not met.

15. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom/England.

16. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions or agreements.

Client Acknowledgment
By using the Service Provider’s website, booking services, or signing electronically, the Client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to this Pet Care Services Agreement.

Great Yarmouth - My home

Boarding - £100 per night for one dog. Any additional dog £40 from the same household including two 30 minutes walks per day and different fun activities with socialisation, enrichment and more. 

Daycare - £35 per day for one dog. Any additional dog £10 from the same household. Including one 30 minutes walk per day and different fun activities with socialisation, enrichment and more.

extra walk - £15 for one dog. Any additional dog £5 from the same household.

Pay 4 - 7 nights and get 1 night free.

Pay 10 - 14 nights and get 2 nights free.

Weekends and Bank Holidays aren't included in the free days and nights offer.

Boarders only - Will receive a doggy goodie bag to take home with him/her. With a pedigree bone, pedigree treats, a pigs ear and a toy. 

Food isn't included in the price or free days and nights.

Dogs food, measure the food and put in into separate containers with names of pets and owner on the lid with what days and times each container is for. Which a form has to be filled out. Or you can pay pay £10 which covers your dog to be fed with dry and pedigree meaty food two times per day.

 If your dog is on medication, a form will have to be filled out which will be given to your dog as recommended and kept safety out of reach of all pets and put into a high cupboard.

 

Holiday makers are welcome to bring their dogs for an happy, fun, exciting Boarders or Daycare experience.

Pet Sitting for all pets - Monday - Friday £100 per night for one pet. Any additional pet £20 from the same household. Saturday - Sunday £150 per night for one pet. Any additional pet from the same household. Including two 30 minutes walks per day and different fun activities with socialisation and more. 

Drop In's for all pets - Monday - Friday £15 for 30 minutes for one pet. Any additional pet £5 from the same household. Including toilet breaks and feeding. (If you want play then please book for an extra 30 minutes which will cost an extra £15 for one pet. Any additional pet at £5 from the same household). Saturday - Sunday £30 for 30 minutes for one pet. Any additional pet £10 from the same household. (if you want play then please book for an extra 30 minutes which will cost an extra £30 for one pet. Any additional pet £10 from the same household)

Dog Walking - Monday - Friday £15 for 30 minutes for one dog. Any additional dog £5 from the same household. 

Dog Walking - Monday - Friday £30 for 1 hour for one dog. Any additional dog £10 from the same household.

 

Norwich, London and other City areas - Clients homes.

Pet Sitting for all pets - £140 per night for one pet. Any additional pet £40 from the same household including two 30 minutes  walks per day and different fun activities with socialisation and more. 

Drop In's for all pets - £30 for 30 minutes for one pet. Any additional pet £10 including toilet break and, feeding. (If you want play then please book for an extra 30 minutes which will cost an extra £30 for one pet. Any additional pet at £10 from the same household).

Dog Walking - £30 for 30 minutes for one dog. Any additional dog £10 from the same household. 

Dog Walking - £60 for 1 hour for one dog. Any additional dog £20 from the same household.

 

Saturday - Sunday, Bank Holidays, Christmas Eve and New Years Eve 50% of payment on top of original payment. These days cost extra.

Christmas Day, Boxing Day and Easter 100% of payment on top of original payment. These days cost extra.

 

Boarders over Christmas - Dogs have a Christmas dinner if owner consents. Treats, normal play, walks, socialising, enrichment. Dogs will go home with a doggy bag with a pedigree bone, a bag of pedigree treats and a toy. Two presents wrapped up. Will be a Christmas Pedigree Treats Stocking and a toy. A present from the dog for his/her owner. (Easter the dogs will get unwrapped one easter egg and a toy in replace of the Christmas presents. The dogs will still get a doggy back and there will be an Easter Egg for the owner from their dog)

Dogs get pedigree treats while at Daycare and Boarding.

 

If your pet/pets are on medication, a form will have to be filled out which will be given to your dog as recommended. Also with the right measurements of food, days and times for your pets to be fed.

 

If you want your dogs to be let off the lead to run around. It will cost you etc for a enclosed dog park to ensure safety of all dogs.

 

Daycare is from 6am - 6pm for workers or school runs with an extra charge of £20. Additional dog £5 from the same household.

Daycare is from 9am - 5pm

Boarders is 24 hours per day. drop offs is from 9am and pick up the following day is at 9am. Or drop off is at 6am and pick up is at 6pm the following day is at 6pm depending on what time your fury friends get dropped off for their long or short stay.

 

Weekends are only available for Boarders. Not open to Daycare. Will make exceptions for emergencies only.
